Bosnia and Herzegovina has received loans from the European Investment Bank (EIB), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and World Bank (WB) towards the cost of the Road Rehabilitation Project in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Project). JP Ceste Federacije BIH (JP Ceste FBIH), an implementing agency for the Project in Federation BIH, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loans to eligible payments for (a) road rehabilitation and/or improvement works and (b) consulting services procured under the Project. The total value of the works and consultancy services to be procured under the Project in 2012 is up to 55,00 mill. EUR.
This Procurement Notice relates to the Consulting Services for Technical Implementation Assistance to JP Ceste FBIH for the Project in 2012.
The consulting services include:
- Review and confirmation of the Bill of Quantity and other technical documentation for the works;
- Monitoring the tendering process
- Monitoring the Contract implementation, administration and supervision.
More details on the services are provided in the Request of Proposals - Terms of Reference.
The services are expected to be implemented from April 2012 to December 2013.
Tender will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) and is open to firms from any country. A firm will be selected under Quality-and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) and procedures described in the RFP.
